The Good Night Train

1. Children

   Children aged 3 and under travel free of charge if they do not occupy their own bed/seat. If you want your child to have their own bed/seat, book the child fare. Children aged 11 and under are always accompanied by someone of 18 years or older.

2. Pets

   Only dogs and cats are welcome on our night train, provided you book a private compartment. The surcharge covers the additional cleaning of the compartment.

3. Interrail or European Sleeper Pass?

   Select the number of passengers under “Interrail reservation” and purchase the required reservation for Budget, Classic, or Comfort class. This reservation is only valid if you already hold a European Sleeper Pass or an Interrail Pass.

4. Bike

   Bicycle transport is not available to book throughout 2026.

5. More than 5 people?

   Travelling with more than 5 people or returning with other travellers? Add an extra trip to the same booking. Groups of 10 or more via our customer service.
