Timetable changes

Modified timetable due to planned works:

Strike Germany - European Sleeper does run on 7 December from Berlin to Brussels

Due to a strike in Germany from Thursday evening 7 December until Friday evening 8 December, (international) train traffic and S-bahn may be disrupted. European Sleeper's Thursday evening 7 December night train will run though, departing at 22:56 from Berlin Hbf. However, please take into account possible disrupted train traffic in Germany and take plenty of time to get to Berlin Hbf station.

Train Tech

In the past period we had to master technical challenges on the trains. We will continue to do everything we can to further improve the service on board. Occasionally, the following situations can occur.

Power supply on board

In some compartments, the sockets still need to be repaired. We therefore recommend charging your devices before your journey. In the couchette cars there are also sockets in the corridor. Please ask our train team about additional power banks.

Availability of carriages

In exceptional cases, a carriage may not be available due to repairs. We will inform affected travellers before departure if possible. We will offer a place in another carriage, at a different comfort level or a corresponding refund.

Together with our coach rental partners, our team works hard to ensure that everything works better in the future.

We apologize to our travelers for the inconveniences caused. Please contact our customer support at service@europeansleeper.eu for more information and providing us with your feedback.

To a better future

European Sleeper started in May 2023. While optimizing operations on the Brussels - Berlin - Amsterdam route., we are already planning our second route and the acquisition of our own comfortable carriages.
